DOCTORS RECORD APP

         An app where people can store all their medical records and save the upcoming appointments and also the prescriptions  given to them by the doctor and their visit dates to the doctors and which prescription is given for which 

                               APP UI DESCRIPTION

       

   The start up of the app where a password has to be entered for the access into the app and the password can also be changed or removed

This the main menu of the app showing the username, the 3 button showing the doctor appointments,medical records and prescriptions

  After clicking on the doctor appointments, we will be shown the upcoming appointments of us with various doctors and new appointments can also be feeded in by us by clicking on "+" button

    

This is where the new appointments are made by filling the various fields like hospital name,doctor name,the date and address and clicking on the save button

 After clicking on the medical records button on the main page we will be shown the previous medical records that we have visited

     After clicking on the prescription button on the main this will be shown showing all our prescriptions including the dosage and why it is being used they can be deleted and a new prescription can also be added by clicking on the "+" button

For adding the new prescription we should fill all these fields shown in pic such as name,dosage,disease and click save for saving the prescription
